The film MISS SUNSHINE (SING NUI KEI YUEN) held a press conference in Penang, Malaysia. Director Clifton Ko Chi Sum and the leads Maggie Cheung Ho Yi, Annie Liu (Lau Sum Yau), Alex Fong Lik Sun, Michelle Wai Si Nga, Vincent Kok Tak Siu, Louis Cheung Kai Chung and Singapore television Best Actor Christopher Lee attended. Director Ko Chi Sum said that for the wedding scene with Wai Si Nga and Cheung Kai Chung, he spent several days and used almost 100 people on the shoot.

Si Nga said that for the past few months she kept going to Penang, last month she worked with Anthony Wong Chau Sun and this time she was paired with Cheung Kai Chung. She said, "The movie last time had a more solemn subject so I had to remain dark. This time is a comedy and I am very excited everyday. I even become friends with Sister Ho Yi and Sum Yau." Si Nga said that this time all the actors worked together for the first time and came from different backgrounds. She learned a lot and their common topic was "durian". They even went to the "durian hill" on their break for freshly fallen durians.

Cheung Kai Chung said that he was the happiest about the hotel's 24 hour gym. He said that when he had extra energy he would go for release, when his wife saw him at the gym even at night she could relax.

Cheung Ho Yi has not made a film in a very long time. This time she took the role mainly because the film would be a comedy. She has always wanted to make a comedy, in addition it was a first collaboration with all the actors so it would be very challenging. Lau Sum Yau said that she has always admired Maggie. Before working together she has seen a lot of Maggie's acting. Now she can learn from the sideline. In the film the three girls have to play a prank on the Christopher Lee played d-bag of the century Gary and would use all the ways that they thought would be smart but actually comedic in the film.
