Louis Cheung Kai Chung in the Emperor new film HAPPINESS (HUNG WON SI NGOR) displayed his comedic talent. Playing a cook he challenged a two and a half minute long solo act. He pretended to play drums, sing and fence on the spot. Ah Chung looked "high" from beating eggs in the kitchen. When he talked about "tolerance" with Carlos Chan Ka Lok he also added his own funny lines. "What is called tolerance? Excessively long foreskin is also a type of tolerance."

Chan Ka Lok said that he had to hold back his laughter while working with Ah Chung, which led him to constant bad takes. "Cheung Kai Chung's character is a neurotic person. I had a lot of difficulty holding back my laughter. He was always deliberately trying to make me laugh on the set, leading me to constant bad takes. He would also improvise and told rotten gags on the spot, so I wouldn't know how to follow. I thought the pressure was even greater than working with Sister Siu Hung!"
