MERMAID (MEI YUN YU) as of two days ago already made over HK$ 51 million in Hong Kong. Director Stephen Chow Sing Chi yesterday released a video to thank the Hong Kong audience for its support and said that the film preserved the unique Hong Kong film flavor. Would Chow Sing Chi consider making a OCTOPUS spin off movie? He said, "That's great! Good idea!" In the end Sing Yeh said that the responsibility of protecting the Earth is in your hands!
