Fresh out of the oven Hong Kong Film Award Best Actor Sean Lau Ching Wan recently further rose in popularity due to the re-run of his TVB series THE GREED OF MAN. Two nights ago he and guest star director Derek Kwok Chi Kin worked on the Emperor Motion Picture GAING TIN POR and attracted over 100 onlookers. The "audience" was so excited that the team had to ask them to reduce the volume before each shoot. During the shoot, Ching Wan sat inside a police vehicle, Kwok Chi Kin slowly approached in a police uniform and when he showed Ching Wan the mobile phone screen in his hand, Ching Wan was in handcuffs! Ching Wan despite being a two time Best Actor did not get cocky. Instead he was even more serious. After watching the playback he did not mind to shoot the scene again until he was pleased. Then Chi Kin asked him for a photo.

GAING's other star Nicholas Tse Ting Fung was on hand as well. With a cup of coffee he paid attention to Ching Wan's performance. Before the shoot he chatted with his on screen chess "opponent" to cultivate their relationship. Even after the shoot he continued to chat and was very patient. Before taking his place he also went to the seaside with Babyjohn Choi Hong Yik to look at the sea and think. Then they chatted and laughed. Seemingly their collaboration has been very harmonious.
