Rose Chan Ka Wun two nights ago attended the World Hung Kuen Association's first inauguration and witnessed master Checkley Sin Kwok Lam became its president. The long limped Ka Win was preparing to learn Hung Kuen. Her film I SELL LOVE (FAN MAI OI) was selected for the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival.
Ka Wun who challenged being sexy in the film GOLDEN BROTHER (NAM YUN NG HOR YI KUNG) was asked if she no longer wanted to be an action actress. She said, "I can transition. An actress doesn't want to be limited to just one genre." She also wanted to appear with a gun in modern films. "After guest starring in other people's movies, I thought firing a gun was very cool!"
