This year's Hong Kong Film Award Best Supporting Actress competition is rather exciting. No one knows who would win until the final moment! The first Hong Kong Film Award Best Actress Wai Ying Hung stated that she was pleased with her performance.

Best Actress Wai Ying Hung with the film RIGOR MORTIS (GEUNG SI) was nominated for the 33rd Hong Kong Film Award Best Supporting Actress, competing with Lau Ka Ling, Law Lan, Du Juan and child star Crystal Lee for the honor. Sister Siu Hung admitted that this year's competition was strong.

The first Hong Kong Film Award Best Actress, she contributed to the film industry over the years and received another nomination. She said that she felt honored. "I really like this job, so far working in this show business I haven't been eliminated yet. For me this is an achievement." Sister Siu Hung gave an excellent performance in RIGOR MORTIS and admitted that she was full of confidence. "I have spent a very long time to study this character, the performance was just right. As for the only ten year old child star from Malaysia, Crystal Lee last year with UNBEATABLE (GIK JIN) won the Shanghai International Film Festival Best Actress. This time she was nominated for the Hong Kong Film Award Best Supporting Actress, Crystal Lee earlier learned about UNBEATABLE's 11 nominations and said that she was confident about winning. "Because our box office is the highest! I hope the event would give them to us! I hope UNBEATABLE can sweep all the awards!" Missing the film's lead actor "Brother Ka Fai", she even said that on the day of the award she would personally attend.
