The Emperor distributed FOUNDING OF A PARTY has been scheduled for a June release. Over 100 gold and diamond level actors from three lands on both sides of the strait played the classic story, dozens of Best Actors and Best Actresses including Chow Yun Fat, Andy Lau Tak Wa, Nick Cheung Ka Fai, Tony Leung Ka Fai, Chang Chen, Liu Ye, Chen Kun, Chen Daoming, Wang Xueqi, Zhang Hanyu, Zhou Xun, Fan Bingbing.

Playing Chiang Kai-Shek in the film, Chang Chen even appeared in a nun look. He needed to wear a nun disguise to assassinate Tao Chengzhang (Guo Tao) at the hospital. However Chang Chen's disguise design was not lax at all, they even tried several different masks. Director Huang Jianxin after seeing Chang Chen said, "When he showed his gentle eyes, I thought I was shooting a girl!" Chang Chen even joked around with his disguise. "Next to other girls, no one should be able to tell who is the man who is the woman!" Chang Chen not only had to wear a nun costume but also exchange blows with Tao Chengzhang in the room.
